OFM STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP

To be considered for the Ocala Farm Ministry Academic Scholarship Program a student must:

  1. Maintain at least a 2.5 grade point average

  2. Have 11 credit hours and the classes they have signed up to take

  3. Submit previous semester grades and classes

     
For students' convenience, the Ocala Farm Ministry Academic Scholarship Program application is attached as a PDF Form. It is recommended to be saved to your computer, then filled out completely before printing.It requires a signature and can be mailed to Ocala Farm Ministry c/o Vicki Donnan 12530 NW Highway 464B, Ocala FL 34482 or accepted via email to donnanvicki@gmail.com.
